We’re thrilled to have successfully secured a resolution to grant planning permission for this new innovative, sustainable mixed-use building that will form the core of an exciting park regeneration project in London. The new Dickens Square Park Surgery will provide state-of-the-art facilities on the ground and first floor for 15,000 patients in the local area. Above, 39 homes will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bed dwellings, 41% of which will be affordable.
Wellbeing sits at the heart of this scheme. Aspects have been designed to maximize natural daylight and views of the surrounding park for both patients and residents. The use of passive strategies, thermal efficiency and air source heat pumps will ensure the mixed-use building far exceeds environmental building regulations, while promoting a car-free lifestyle.
