This week we’ve had the fantastic news that Ryedale Council have granted planning permission for the renovation and extension of this stone barn in Yorkshire. The barn, which is currently divided into two dwellings, will be returned to one as part of the scheme. Multiple existing extensions and interventions will be removed as the first phase of the works, prior to the addition of new extensions and landscaping works including a new tennis court and swimming pool. We can’t wait to get stuck in to the detailed design over the next few weeks!
